Govt. has increased EPF withdrawal limit from ₹50,000 to ₹1 lakh all these personal financial reasons.

Withdrawal from EPF: You may ask for an EPF advance for a variety of reasons. These include marriage or children’s post-matriculation schooling, leaving within a year of retirement, receiving medical treatment in some situations, buying a home, and building a home.

How to withdraw money from epf step wise step online

  1. Click to online services on official EPFO websiy
  2. Login EPFO member portal with your UAN (universal account number) and password. 
  3. Fill details such your name, date of birth, PAN, Aadhaar number, and more
  4. Now you need to click ‘proceed’ for an online claim.
  5. Then select PF Advance (form 31) given in the drop-down menu
  6. Then specify the reason for claiming advance which may be illness, education, or buying a house
  7. After that enter the amount that you want and mention the current address.
  8. Sign the ‘disclosure form’.
  9. After that click Aadhaar OTP to receive a OTP on your phone & validate OTP
  10. Finally Submit form of PF withdrawal online
