FIIs keep up their buying streak, purchasing shares valued at Rs 8,540 crore
FIIs were nett purchasers for the third consecutive day, while DIIs were nett sellers. According to provisional data from National Stock Exchange (NSE), domestic institutional investors (DIIs) sold shares worth Rs 2,304.0 crore while foreign institutional investors (FIIs) acquired shares worth Rs 8,540.0 crore.During the trading day, DIIs bought Rs 13,396.0 crore and sold shares worth Rs 15,699.0 crore, while FIIs bought Rs 24,717.0 crore and sold shares worth Rs 16,177.0 crore. So far this year, FIIs have nett sold Rs 2.86.0 lakh crore, while DIIs have nett bought Rs 05.75.0 lakh crore of shares.
