The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has sanctioned Finfluencer Ravindra Bharti and his associted firm, Ravindra Bharti Education Institute, for running an unregistered investment consulting business for Trade & Selling risky recommendations without disclosing risks to new & existing Investors.
The regulator has prohibited them access to the securities market till April 4, 2025, and directed them to return ₹9.5 crore gained from unlawful actions as fine.
