Ayushman Bharat benefits would be provided to all elderly citizens aged 70 and up, regardless of socioeconomic position, since the government has approved health insurance coverage under the flagship scheme Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (AB PM-JAY).
