DIIs(Domestic Institutional investors) purchase shares worth Rs 4,084.0 Cr, while FIIs net sell shares for Rs 1,317.0 Cr. The benchmark Nifty 50 fell to a three-week low as markets sold off ahead of the pivotal US FOMC meeting, while foreign investors net offloaded shares worth Rs 1,316.81 crore. However, according to NSE provisional data released on December 18, domestic institutional investors were net purchases worth Rs 4,084.08 crore.
