FIIs turn net buyers after 38 consecutive sessions, buy shares worth Rs 9,948 crore

On November 25, after 38 straight sessions of selling, FIIs turned net buyers as both benchmark indices climbed on good market sentiment following Maharashtra elections and the MSCI rejig. According to provisional data from NSE, domestic institutional investors (DIIs) sold shares worth Rs 6,908 crore while foreign institutional investors (FIIs) acquired shares worth Rs 9,948 crore. DIIs became net sellers after buying for 13 consecutive sessions.
