On November 14, market veteran Raamdeo Agrawal, Chairman and Co-Founder of Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd., admitted that India Inc.’s earnings are slowing down, but he said it is a short-term occurrence and that India’s solid economic foundation and room for expansion will eventually draw FIIs back at a higher entry cost as market valuations rise. “The cost of reentry will be significantly higher once they leave India, and the Nifty index may hit 30,000 when they return.”
