Coffee Day Enterprises Ltd (CDEL), the company that owns and runs the Cafe Coffee Day chain, announced on Tuesday (November 5) that stock exchanges have suspended trading of its securities under the additional surveillance measure (ASM) as part of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) criteria, with effect from November 5, 2024.

The shares of the chain owner will only be traded once a week, on Mondays or the first trading day of the week, until stock exchanges review the situation after at least one month in IBC Stage 1
